Rates

I accept credit card, check, and HSA. Payment is due at the time of service.

I only accept Medicare insurance. I am considered an "out of network" provider for all other insurance carriers.

I can provide clients with other insurance plans a Superbill upon request for possible reimbursement. I recommend you contact your insurance provider to confirm their reimbursement policy.

Please note that my fee includes the time I spend on parenting support and involvement for adolescents. I will discuss this further with you during our discovery call. I find this to be more beneficial than charging for specific parent contacts so that you feel comfortable reaching out as needed.

As of January 1, 2022 you have a right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" of your expected healthcare costs when you are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with your plan or coverage.
